How do I cancel my subscription at Woosa?
In case you want to cancel your subscription, we’re sorry to see you go! 💔 If you’ve decided to cancel your Woosa subscription, you’ll need to do it directly through your account — we’re unable to process cancellations on your behalf.
Here’s how to cancel your subscription in just a few steps:
Visit woosa.com and log in to your account.
Go to the Subscriptions tab.
Click Cancel Subscription.
On the same page you can also request a refund, but only if you're in within the 14 days trial period.
⚠️ Important: Replying to an email or message will not cancel your subscription. If you don’t complete the steps above, your subscription will remain active.
