[FAQ] Why aren't my product prices updated?
In this article we'll explain what the reason is that your product prices aren't updating in Shopify.
If your VidaXL product prices aren't receiving updates in your store, then it's possible that you left the option to update existing product prices disabled in the app settings.
To enable this option, follow these steps:
- Go to the VidaXL app settings
- Then click on the Sync settings tab
- Under the Settings header, click on the Product information updates accordion
- Enable the checkbox Overwrite price with value from VidaXL
From now on, the products will receive price updates correctly from the VidaXL feed.
Important: this option is also necessary to enable if you have configured any price margins in the app settings.
