[FAQ] Why am I being charged twice?

In this article we'll explain from what services exactly you are being charged.

We often see some confusion in the services you are being charged for monthly, and we're going to shed some light here!


At the moment you install the VidaXL Shopify app in your store, you'll first go into a trial period of 30 days. After those 30 days, you'll automatically be billed by us to use the app in Shopify.


However, you also have a subscription with VidaXL themselves to use their dropshipping services.


So in short, you have two services you are paying for:

  • Us (Woosa) to use the VidaXL Shopify app in your store
  • And VidaXL to use their dropshipping services
