[vidaXL] VidaXL error: Error requesting feed for category. [message] => Unauthorized
If you see the error requesting feed for a category or [message] => Unauthorized Your VidaXL account is not registered correctly.
Sometimes you get an error “requesting feed for category”.
If you check the details you will see
[message] => Unauthorized
In this case, your VidaXL account is not registered correctly.
Here is how to solve the problem:
Go to synchronization and stop the synchronization.
Next, go to authorization and revoke the authorization.
You can go to WooCommerce -> Settings -> Advanced.
Click on Rest API
Revoke Woosa Midlayer
Go to Users
Delete Woosa_midlayer user.
Go to VidaXL
Click on authorization
Authorize the shop
Click on Synchronization
- Start the Synchronization.
