By default, the plugin does not download the images, it uses the images remotely from the vidaXL images server.
However, there is an option to download the images locally to your server, here we explain step by step how to do this.
Downloading images
In Wordpress, go to WooCommerce > Settings
Then tab vidaXL > Tools
Click on Download
The product images are now downloaded locally to your server. Keep in mind that this can take up some time.
Good to know
In some cases the theme will not be able to use the images remotely if we add them, for that we have the download images option.
The image download process will create approximately 8 images per product, but this number can vary greatly.
The images download process is a background process that uses the scheduled actions queue to process the download of the images and associate them with the products.
