It is possible to request a refund for your Woosa subscription. Every request is carefully reviewed by our finance department to determine eligibility based on our terms of service. Once a request is submitted, we will investigate the case and communicate a final decision regarding the reimbursement.
How do I request a refund?
If you believe you are eligible for a refund within the 14-day trial period, please contact us at [email protected]. We will review your request and forward it to the appropriate department for processing. You will receive a confirmation once the request has been handled.
Special occasions
In some cases, you may have exceeded the 14-day trial period but still wish to request a refund. Under special circumstances, we may be able to accommodate such requests. Please note that Woosa reserves the right to make the final decision on all exceptional refund requests.
