If the title of the product you would like to publish on Ebay contains too less/much characters, it will generate the following error message within the product:

How to resolve
Check your product title at the top within your product and make sure that the characters are between the 1 till 80 long.
Click on the update button
You can now click on Bulkactions > Ebay: Publish/Update
By ensuring the characters of a product title are inbetween the correct amount you should resolve the error message.
