If the EAN code entered in the plugin is incorrect, you’ll encounter the following error:
{"type":"https:\/\/api.bol.com\/problems","title":"Error validating request. Consult the bol.com API documentation for more information.","status":400,"detail":"Bad request","host":"Instance-748578","instance":"https:\/\/api.bol.com\/retailer\/content\/catalog-products\/132654","violations":[{"name":"ean","reason":"Request contains invalid value(s): '132654'."}]}
How to Resolve
Double-check the EAN code to ensure it’s valid, and try publishing it again. A valid EAN code typically consists of 13 numeric characters.
Verify that your EAN Source in the plugin settings is mapped to the correct field in your WooCommerce products.
By ensuring these settings are accurate, you should be able to resolve the issue.
