I have multiple domains, can I use Woosa Payments on all?

Some customers are running multiple stores at once. In this article, we'll explain how to approach this scenario in case of Woosa Payments.

The structure of Woosa Payments is as follows:

  • Legal entity

  • Stores

Legal entity

The legal entity is your business registration, including its location and other necessary details.

However, most business don't use their original business name for their webshops. Instead, they use a trade name or the domain itself as a trade name.

That's why each legal entity must have at least one store.

Stores

Stores define information, like: trade name, shopper statement and payment methods. Preferably, in case of multiple domains, you want to have multiple stores. Each can have their own trade name and shopper statement.

For example:

Your legal entity is: Woosa E-commerce BV (or LTD)

But your stores are: sofas.com and watches.com.

In that case, I will have two separate stores with their own trade name and shopper statement.

How to manage multiple stores?

Everything is manageable from the Woosa Payments plugin. You can easily create new stores, in a couple of clicks and connect it to your existing legal entity.

Simply go to your WordPress backend -> Woosa Payments -> Authorization tab -> Click Change store -> Click Create new store. This process will take less than 5 minutes and will keep everything better manageable.
