In this article, we'll cover a few possible reasons why products aren't being imported into your shop. This applies to our dropshipping plugins:

  • VidaXL

  • BigBuy

  • Van der Meer

  • Matterhorn

Product filters

If you have set specific product filters in the plugin settings (e.g., categories or price range), it could prevent certain products from being imported if they don't meet the set criteria. Double-check your filter settings to make sure they match the products you want to import.

You can check this option in the plugin settings -> Synchronization tab -> Filters dropdown menu.

SKU filter

You might have misconfigured the plugin function Filter Products by SKU, which leads to products being skipped for import. Please check the Filter Type and see if you missed any SKUs in the list.

You can find these settings in the plugin settings -> Filter Products by SKU tab.

Out-of-stock products

The plugin might be set to skip out-of-stock products. If your supplier’s products are out of stock, they won’t be imported to your store. You can adjust the plugin settings to allow the import of out-of-stock products if this suits your strategy.

You can check this option in the plugin settings -> Synchronization tab -> Filters dropdown menu.
