Why is the Button to Send Orders Not Visible?

If you’re using one of our dropshipping plugins and notice that the “Send Order” button is missing, don’t worry—this usually happens when the plugin synchronization is deactivated. Here’s why this occurs and how you can quickly resolve the issue.

Why Does This Happen?

The “Send Order” button relies on active synchronization between your WordPress site and the plugin. When synchronization is turned off, the plugin cannot process or send orders, and as a result, the button will not appear.

How to Fix It

To make the “Send Orders” button visible again, you’ll need to enable synchronization. Follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your WordPress backend.

  2. Navigate to the [Plugin Name] section in the dashboard.

  3. Go to the Synchronization tab.

  4. Enable the synchronization by clicking on Start Synchronization.

Once synchronization is active, the bulk action ”[Plugin Name - Send Orders]” will be visible, allowing you to process your orders as needed.

Additional Tips

  • If you still can’t see the button after enabling synchronization, try refreshing your browser or clearing your cache.

  • Make sure that your plugin is up-to-date to avoid any compatibility issues.
