Introduction
In this article, we explain how regional account limitations work when using our DropXL WooCommerce plugin. Unfortunately, it is not possible to sell in more than one target country using a single installation of the DropXL plugin.
Each plugin instance connects directly to one specific DropXL account, which is strictly tied to a single delivery country.
Why the plugin is limited to one country
The single-country restriction comes directly from how DropXL manages localized logistics, inventory, and order fulfillment:
Account-Level Localization: DropXL requires a separate registered account for each country you want to ship to. Each account uses country-specific product feeds, local currencies, tax structures, and localized warehouse stock.
Single API Token Link: The WooCommerce plugin links to one DropXL account using a single API authorization key. Because an API key is tied to a single country's portal, the plugin can only route orders to that specific regional destination.
