Why is your license inactive?

There are some reasons why your license may be inactive:

  • There are outstanding payments

  • The most recent payment failed

  • The license has been terminated
    ​

Woosa automatically sends reminders if a payment fails. When you do make the payment, we will immediately activate your license within a few hours.

What does an inactive license mean?

An inactive license means that you cannot use all the functionalities of the plugin you purchased. In addition - as long as your license is inactive - you will no longer receive support and automatic updates from the Woosa team.
