Introduction
An active Woosa license is essential for the continuous operation of your plugins. A license can become inactive for several reasons, ranging from billing issues to manual cancellations. You can check your current status at any time by logging into the Woosa portal.
Why is my license inactive?
There are several common reasons why a license may lose its active status. Please review the following possibilities:
Outstanding payments: There is an unpaid invoice on your account that has passed its due date.
Failed transaction: The most recent automatic renewal (via SEPA, Credit Card, etc.) was declined by your bank or provider.
License termination: The subscription was manually cancelled by the user or has reached the end of its term without renewal.
Expired trial: If you were using a trial period, the duration has ended and a paid subscription has not yet started.
What are the consequences of an inactive license?
It is important to resolve an inactive status quickly to avoid disruption to your webshop. While a license is inactive:
Limited Functionality: You may be unable to use all the premium features of the plugin.
No Automatic Updates: You will stop receiving security patches, bug fixes, and compatibility updates for new WordPress versions.
Loss of Support: Our technical support team can only provide assistance to users with a valid, active subscription.
How do I reactivate my license?
In most cases, reactivating your license is a simple process that can be handled through your dashboard.
Log in to the Woosa portal
Go to the menu Account -> Invoices to check for any failed payments.
Complete the payment for any outstanding invoices using your preferred payment method.
Once the payment is processed, our system will automatically reactivate your license within a few hours.
