Introduction
Every Woosa plugin requires a unique license key to function correctly. This key connects your website to our services, allowing you to receive the latest features and security patches automatically and our support!
Where can I find my license code?
Your license keys are managed centrally within your personal account. If you have misplaced your code, you can retrieve it at any time by following these steps:
Log in to your Woosa account using your email address and password.
Navigate to the menu Account -> Licenses.
Locate your purchased plugin in the list (if you bought more plugins)
The unique, alphanumeric string will appear. This is your License Key.
Copy this code to your clipboard.
How do I activate the license in WordPress?
Once you have copied your code, you need to paste it to your website's backend:
Log in to your WordPress dashboard.
In the sidebar menu, click on the Woosa Plugin name (e.g., Adyen or Bol for WooCommerce).
Navigate to the Dashboard tab within the plugin settings.
Paste the license key into the designated field.
Click the button Activate.
Verifying the Status
After clicking activate, the system will communicate with the Woosa servers. If the activation is successful:
The status indicator will change from Inactive (Red) to Active (Green).
You will now be eligible for automatic updates.
All premium functionalities of the plugin will be unlocked.
Important: If your license is not activated, you will not receive automatic updates. This may lead to compatibility issues with future WordPress or WooCommerce versions.
