Introduction
It can occasionally happen that a recurring payment for your Woosa subscription fails due to an expired credit card, insufficient funds, or a bank rejection. When this occurs, your license status is at risk. We provide a 14-day grace period to allow you to update your payment details and settle the invoice before any services are restricted.
What happens when a payment fails?
Woosa has an automated process to notify you and help you get back on track:
Notification Email: You will immediately receive an automated email informing you of the failed transaction.
Payment Link: This email contains a direct, secure payment link to settle the outstanding amount manually.
Grace Period: You have 14 days from the initial failure to complete the payment.
The consequences of late payment
If the outstanding balance is not settled within the 14-day window, the following actions will be taken:
License on Hold: Your license will be officially put "on hold" and marked as Inactive.
Blocked Functionality: All premium functionalities of the plugin will be temporarily blocked on your website.
No Updates: You will no longer receive critical security or compatibility updates until the account is in good standing.
How to fix a failed payment
If a payment fails, we will automatically send you an email with a payment link so you can complete the outstanding payment. To keep your subscription active, please pay the invoice within 14 days. This will help prevent any plugin functionality from being blocked.
