It may happen that a recurring payment fails. In that case, you will receive a notification email with a payment link.

Do the payment as soon as possible.

After 14 days will put your license on hold. This means that all functionalities of the plugin will be blocked. It is, therefore, necessary to take care of the payment promptly, so that we can reactivate your license.

You can easily see and make your payments through the My Account area on the Woosa website.

Once a payment is failed, we will send you a payment link so that you can pay the outstanding amount.
