How do I configure the settings of the bol.com WooCommerce plugin?

In order to use the bol.com WooCommerce plugin it needs to be configured. You can find the settings for the plugin in the main menu via bol.com -> Settings.

General

There are a number of settings related to the product. In the plugin you can configure the most used values, which you can override at the product level.

Go to bol.com -> Settings -> and click on the General tab

Explanation

Address format

  1. House number and street

  2. Street and house number

Specify how the address should be imported.

Low stock threshold

Number

Choose to set the bol stock to 0 when it hits low stock

Disable customer order notification

Checkbox

Choose whether or not to disable customer email notifications for completed and processing orders.

Show shipping

Checkbox

Choose whether or not to display the shipping status on each order item.

EAN code source

  1. Default

  2. Product custom field

  3. Product SKU

  4. Product attribute

You can indicate where we can get the EAN code from if it is already stored in your webshop

Condition

  1. New

  2. As new

  3. Good

  4. Reasonable

  5. Moderate

You can indicate what the condition of the product

Fulfilment method

  1. Retailer

  2. Bol.com

Specify whether the shipment will be fulfilled by the retailer or bol.com

Account

There are a number of settings related to the product. In the plugin you can configure the most used values, which you can override at the product level.

Publish Products

Choose Whether or not publish products

Import Orders

Yes/No

Choose whether or not to import open orders. Interval: 10 minutes.

Import Invoices

Yes/No

Choose whether or not to import invoices. Interval: monthly

Import Returns

Yes/No

Choose whether or not to import returns. Interval: daily.

Import Commission Reductions


Yes/No

Choose whether or not to import commission reductions, in this way you will see an info message per product so that you can adjust the price to get the reduction. Interval: daily.

Display Order Commission

Yes/No

Choose whether or not to show bol.com commission on imported orders

Exclude Order Tax

Yes/No

Choose whether or not to exclude tax calculation on imported orders

Automatic Price Update

Yes/No

Choose whether or not to update the price in bol.com automatically whenever is changed in shop.

Use WooCommerce Price

Checkbox and Value

Choose whether or not to use the default WooCommerce product price. NOTE: This will not work with grouped products.

Use Bundle Prices

Checkbox and Table/value

Choose whether or not to use bundle price discounts globally

Shipping Costs

Number

The shipping cost that will be added to the product price.

Delivery Time

Dropdown menu

Choose the delivery promise.
