Common causes
Missing mandatory fields: Important product information such as the description or specific attributes have not been filled in.
No images: No valid product images have been uploaded or processed by bol.com yet.
Content still pending: The product content has been submitted, but is still in bol.com's queue to be approved and published.
How to resolve this?
Navigate to your products page: Go to the product editing section of the product where the error occurs.
Complete the information: Click on 'manage content' (inhoud beheren) for the desired product and complete the details. Fill in all fields with information, otherwise the product may still be rejected.
Publish: When publishing a unique/new product, use the bulk action "Bol: upload content" (Bol: inhoud uploaden).
