Introduction
Using and updating plugins offered by Woosa, requires an active Woosa subscription plan and license key. You can log in to Woosa portal to download and install the plugin you have purchased.
How do I purchase a plugin from Woosa?
First, you need to purchase a plugin before you can download it. Follow the steps below to purchase the plugin of your choice:
Go to our website
Click on the category of which plugin you would like to purchase and press the button Start now
Complete the checkout process. After a couple of minutes you will receive access to Woosa portal.
How do I download a Woosa plugin?
Once you have purchased the plugins you would like to use, you can download the plugin from the Woosa portal. Follow the steps below to download the plugin:
Go to the menu Plugins and enable the plugin you desire to use
Next click on the button Download.
A ZIP file will be downloaded. Please don't unzip that file.
How do I install the Woosa plugin on my site?
Using the WordPress dashboard
Login to your WordPress dashboard and go to the menu Plugins
Click the button – left above – Add new
Click the button – left above – Upload plugin
Click the button Choose file and select zip file you have just downloaded and click Open
Click the button Install now
The installation can take a couple of seconds. When the installation is completed, you can click the button Activate plugin.
Using FTP
First, you will need to unpack the zip file downloaded in the previous step.
Access your WordPress site through FTP and navigate to the /wp-content/plugins/ directory.
Inside there, upload the entire ‘woosa-XXX’ folder that you have obtained as result of unzipping the zip file.
Once the plugin is fully uploaded to your FTP, go to your WordPress dashboard and navigate to the menu Plugins
Find the plugin you have just installed and click the link Activate
Recommended: enable the Woosa license key
To start using all the features of our plugin and receive updates automatically, we recommended to start with enabling the Woosa license key.
Log in to the Woosa portal and go to Account -> Licenses
Copy the Woosa license key
Go to your WordPress backend and click our Plugin name in the left WordPress menu
Paste the Woosa license key in the dashboard and click Activate
You will now recieve automatic updates from our plugin.
