How do I authorize the plugin with my Van der Meer account?

Before you can get started with synchronizing Van der Meer products and orders, you need to authorize the plugin first

Before you can get started with synchronizing Van der Meer products and orders, you need to authorize the plugin first with your Van der Meer FTP account, using your FTP credentials (username & password).

(Please also follow this article to activate the plugin with your Woosa license key)

This is quick & easy, so follow these steps:

  1. Make sure to login to your WordPress backend

  2. Go to the Van der Meer plugin settings

  3. Then click on Authorization

  4. If this is your first time authorizing your Van der Meer account, we first need to register the plugin in your shop. You can achieve this by simply clicking on the button Click to register

  5. After that your screen will automatically refresh and we now have the following fields available to fill in:

    1. FTP username

    2. FTP password

  6. You can get the FTP credentials from Van der Meer. If you don't have them, please contact their support team!

  7. After you filled in the FTP credentials, click on Authorize

By authorizing the plugin with your Van der Meer account, more tabs have become available and now you can start synchronizing products in your shop!
