Setting up an account

You can get started right away, but first you'll need to create an account. You can choose and purchase a plan here, the registration process is pretty straight forward. The plan choices are as follow:

  • Small (€15 a month)

  • Medium (€25 a month)

  • Large ((€45 a month)

Connecting to your Shopify store

After you created an account and purchased a plan, we can get started by connecting Woosa AI to your Shopify store.

Create an access token Shopify

We need to create an app first in your Shopify store, and connect it to your Woosa AI account. To do so, please follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your Shopify store

  2. Go to your store Settings page

  3. Click on the tab Apps and sales channels

  4. On the top right, click on Develop apps

  5. Again on the top right, click on Create an app

  6. Name it whatever you like, and click on Create app

  7. Click on Configure Admin API Scopes

  8. In the list of scopes, look for:

    1. write_products

    2. read_products

  9. Click on Save

  10. Next, click on Install app

  11. An Admin API access token has been created and can only be revealed once (save this somewhere!)

We have now successfully created the access token in your Shopify store. Next up is to log in to your Woosa AI account and connect to your store. Please follow these steps:

Connect Woosa AI to your Shopify store

  1. Log in to your Woosa AI account

  2. On the left side, click on Apps

  3. Click on Connect under the Shopify icon

  4. Fill in your Shopify shop URL

    1. If you are logged in to your Shopify store, it's the last part of the URL: https://admin.shopify.com/store/my-store-name

  5. Fill in the access token you created in your Shopify store

  6. Lastly, click on Connect

Your Shopify store is successfully connected to your Woosa AI account! We can now start configuring the settings.

Configure the settings

To start generating content, we need to configure a few general settings in your Woosa AI account. This will help giving the AI a general idea on how to generate your content. To do so, please follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your Woosa AI account

  2. On the left side, click on Settings

Choose which filter to use . You can choose between: Tag or Collection.

Tag value

If the Filter type is set to Tag, enter the Tag value (e.g., “woosa-ai”). If your product in Shopify is tagged with “woosa-ai,” it will be pushed to Woosa AI.

Collection name

Select your Shopify product collection. Products assigned to this collection will be sent to Woosa AI.

Tone of voice

Tone of voice is the way a brand or individual communicates, reflecting personality, emotion, and attitude. It’s about how you say something, not just what you say, and helps build a consistent identity and connection with your audience.

Audience

Drop down

An audience refers to the group of people you’re communicating with or trying to reach. In the context of marketing or content creation, your audience is typically the target group who is interested in your product, service, or message. Understanding your audience—such as their needs, preferences, and demographics—is essential to creating effective and relevant communication.

Output language

Output language is the language of the content you would like to generate.

Min. Characters

The minimum amount of characters to be generated for your content

Max. Characters

The maximum amount of characters to be generated for your content.

Description

Whether or not to generate content for your product description.

SEO title

Whether or not to generate content for your SEO title.

After you configured the settings, we can now start pushing products from your Shopify store to Woosa AI. To do so, please follow these steps:

Push products to Woosa AI

  1. Log in to your Shopify store

  2. Go to the Products page

  3. Select one or more products which you like to push to Woosa AI

  4. Depending on what you configured in the Woosa AI settings, you'll need to either change the products Tag name, or place them in a Collection to push them to Woosa AI.

  5. After you pushed them to Woosa AI, you can generate the content

Generate content

If the products are successfully pushed to Woosa AI, we can start generating content for them. To do so, please follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your Woosa AI account

  2. On the left side, click on Products (Here you can find the products you recently pushed from Shopify)

  3. On the right side under the Action header, click on the Magic Wand icon

  4. Here we can configure a few settings, the Content has already been pre-filled since you configured those in the general settings already

Focus keyword

The primary word or phrase that represents the main topic of your content. It helps search engines understand what your page is about and is crucial for SEO optimization.

Synonyms

Input field (separated by commas)

Alternative words or phrases related to the focus keyword. Using synonyms adds variety to your content, improves readability, and increases the chances of ranking for similar search queries.

Must used words

Input field (separated by commas)

Specific words or phrases that should appear in your content. These help ensure your text remains relevant, matches user intent, and aligns with SEO strategies for improved rankings.

After you filled in every field, click below on Generate. This may take a few seconds.

If the content is generated, you'll be redirected to a screen with the results. This content can still be adjusted to your liking, for example, text size, colors, etc. Or you can click on Regenerate to generate new content and overwrite the current.

Important: by default the description will contain one H1 title, and the rest of the are H2.

Lastly, click on Publish to the shop if satisfied with the results. This should almost be instantly, you can check out the product now on your Shopify store.
