At Woosa, we aim to make managing your subscriptions as transparent as possible. If you decide to discontinue the use of our services, you can do this via the Woosa portal. This ensures that no further automatic renewals will take place after your current billing period ends.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You do not need to contact support to cancel your plan; you can perform this action manually by following these steps:
Go to our website and Log in to your Woosa account.
Navigate to the menu Account -> Subscriptions.
Select the subscription you wish to terminate and click the Cancel button.
Follow the on-screen prompts to confirm your cancellation.
Confirmation of Cancellation
Once you have successfully submitted your cancellation, our system will automatically send a Confirmation of Cancellation to your registered email address.
Important: Please save and store this confirmation email. In the event of a billing discrepancy, our team may request this document as proof of your cancellation date.
Subscription End Date and Billing
Cancellations are processed based on your specific payment interval. Because Woosa subscriptions are billed on a yearly basis, the following rules apply:
Final End Date: Your subscription and license will remain Active until the next scheduled payment date.
No Further Charges: Once cancelled, no further automatic collections (SEPA, Credit Card, etc.) will occur for that specific license.
Access to Updates: You will continue to receive support and automatic updates until the final expiration date of your current term.
Note: Deleting a plugin from your WordPress site does not automatically cancel your paid subscription. You must complete the cancellation process in the Woosa portal to stop future billing.
