Why is my product status stuck?

Sometimes it happens that your product gets stuck on the status 'Processing'. Here we explain step by step how you can solve this yourself. For starters, you can reset products in 2 ways.

  • Per individual product

  • Multiple products in bulk

Per individual product

In your WordPress backend, go to Products and click on the product you want to reset. In the product, scroll down until you get to Product data and click on the Bol.com tab.

  1. Click Action and then click Reset.

  2. Update the product.

  3. After resetting the product, it will no longer be published.

  4. Then click Action and Publish the product again.

  5. Wait about 5 minutes before your product is published.

  6. Your product has now been successfully reset and will have green check marks again!

Multiple products in bulk

In your WordPress backend, go to Products and click on Action at the top left. To reset multiple products, check these before!

  1. Click Action and then click Reset.

  2. Click Apply.

  3. After resetting the product, it will no longer be published.

  4. Then click Action and Publish the product again.

  5. Wait about 5 minutes before your product is published.

  6. Your product has now been successfully reset and will have green check marks again!
