While using the plugin you can encounter some error. In this article, I will explain the error and how to resolve it.

Authorization errors

One of the first steps in setting up the WooCommerce plugin, is authorizing your account with WooCommerce. However, during this process you can experience errors. We have stated them below including the solution.

The authorization has failed, please make sure you provided a valid Client ID and Client Secret!

The client ID and client secret are not valid.

Go to your seller account and check your client ID and client secret.

Please provide the EAN code

The EAN code is missing in the WooCommerce product.

The EAN code is a mandatory product parameter, to be able to publish a product to Check a couple of things, if you get this error message:

  • Go to your WordPress dashboard > > Settings > General and check on which field the EAN code source is configured. Next check if the EAN code is correctly filled in this field.

  • If the EAN code source is configured as Default. In that case you should check the tab in the product data table, if the EAN code is filled in.

The EAN code is invalid, please check again to make sure you entered a valid one.

An EAN code has 13 characters and may only consists of numbers. For example a good EAN number is:

  • 1234567890123

An invalid EAN code example is:

  • 123456

  • EAN123456

Correct the EAN code and try to publish the product again.

Enrich this product with additional information

1) The product/EAN code doesnโ€™t exist yet on

2) The product exists on, but needs additional information to be visible and start selling

2) There are two ways to enrich the product with additional information:
2.1) Log in to your seller account and enrich the product manually.
2.2) Use our WooCommerce plugin to enrich the product somewhat automatically

Enter a valid stock level (between 1 and 999)

The stock level is lower than 1 or is not filled in, in the WooCommerce product

Either increase the stock level higher than 1 or activate the stock management within the WooCommerce product.

Update price โ€“ this promotion cannot be processed because this product is not linked to any offer in Please publish this first.

The product is not yet published on

In order for a product to be updated, it should have the status Published in the WooCommerce product overview, column. If it says Not published, you will need to publish the product before you can update the price.

[Offer not found] The offer [ID/UID: 12b651d9-3d32-4b97-bb5c-1d233fb6034c] does not exists

It seems the product is deleted in your seller account and therefore lost the connection in WooCommerce

To re-connect the product with, follow the steps below:

  1. Go to your WordPress dashboard

  2. Go to Products in the left side menu of WordPress

  3. Select the product with this error

  4. Go to bulk actions and first choose the Reset option

  5. Repeat step 3 but choose the Publish option instead

  6. You have solved the issue when the column will show status Published

Something went wrong while trying to publish this offer.

Your seller account is not authorized in the settings of the plugin

Luckily this is an easy one to solve!

  1. Go to your WordPress dashboard

  2. Go to > Settings > Accounts

  3. Fill in your client ID and client secret (check here where to find those)

  4. Save your changes and Click to authorize

Try to publish the product again with the bulk actions and see if it will show the status Published.
