Introduction
In this article, we explain how your DropXL Dropshipping account works and how to manage it alongside our WooCommerce integration.
Your account gives you access to the full product catalog, order history, account balance, and the secure API credentials required to link your store with WooCommerce.
Create an account
If you don't have a DropXL Dropshipping account yet, you can easily register via the official DropXL portal.
Note: DropXL charges a monthly fee for access to their dropshipping platform. These costs are billed directly by DropXL and are separate from your Woosa subscription.
Log in to your account
If you have already created your account, you can log in at any time through the main DropXL portal. Once logged in, you will access your main merchant dashboard where you can browse the full product catalog, track active orders, and manage your account balance.
Retrieve your DropXL API token
To automatically forward dropshipping orders from WooCommerce directly to DropXL, you need to retrieve your unique API token and enter it into your plugin settings.
Log into your DropXL Dropshipping account.
Click on your company name in the top right corner.
From the dropdown menu, select My Account.
Scroll down to the Contact details section until you see API token.
Click on Show API token.
Copy the API token string.
Once copied, paste this token into your WordPress dashboard under WooCommerce > Settings > VidaXL to complete the connection.
Review and approve orders automatically
While the VidaXL WooCommerce plugin transfers your webshop orders directly to DropXL, you may still need to review and manually confirm them inside your account dashboard depending on your account preferences:
Log into your DropXL account.
Click on Unsubmitted orders at the top of the dashboard.
Here you will see all orders imported automatically by the WooCommerce plugin.
Click Review & Confirm to approve an order for final delivery.
Once an order is approved and dispatched, it will move to your Order history, and VidaXL will share a Track & Trace code that syncs back to your WooCommerce store.
