Introduction
The Woosa bol.com plugin adds several specialized Bulk Actions to your WooCommerce Product page. This allows you to sync, pause, or remove multiple products simultaneously, saving you the time of editing each product individually. These actions communicate directly with the bol.com API to ensure your marketplace listings stay up to date.
Available Bulk Actions
You can find the following options within the bulk actions dropdown menu:
Publish / Update: * Publishes new products from WooCommerce to bol.com.
Updates existing listings with current information, including Stock, Price, Delivery Time, EAN Code, and References.
Pause / Unpause: * Temporarily hides your product from the bol.com platform without deleting the data.
Use this if you want to stop selling a product briefly and resume later.
Delete: * Removes the connection between your WooCommerce product and the bol.com listing.
Note: This stops the synchronization for that specific item.
How to Perform a Bulk Action
Managing your products in bulk follows the standard WordPress workflow:
Navigate to the Products page in your WordPress backend.
Select the checkbox next to each product you wish to modify.
Click the Bulk Actions dropdown menu at the top (or bottom) of the product list.
Choose the desired action (e.g., bol.com: Publish/Update).
Click the Apply button.
Monitoring the Status
Once you click apply, the plugin begins communicating with bol.com in the background:
The selected products will initially show a status of Processing.
After a few minutes, once the API has confirmed the request, the status will update to Published or the relevant state.
If an error occurs (e.g., a missing EAN code), the status will indicate what needs to be corrected if you enter the product edit section.
