Updating products yourself.

Yes, it is possible to change product information from within WooCommerce. If you want to change title or description you need our bol.com content connection.

  1. Edit the products in the product page

  2. Save the edited information.

  3. Select all the products that you updated with the same type of information

  4. Select the right bulk action. (for example: If you updated the price use the update price bulk action)

However, it is also possible to make suggestions for changing the product information via the bol.com sales account. Before you start, you should know that every product has its own product page on the bol.com website. When you sell a product that is also offered by other sellers, you share the product page. To be able to show the best product information on that page, it is possible to change existing product information. A few things are important to know:

  • It can take up to 8 hours before the change to your information is visible on bol.com.

  • It is possible that changes to products where several providers are active will not be visible. In that case a combination of product information from other providers will be used. You will be informed about this on the feedback pages in the bol.com sales account.

  • The product information can also be changed by other partners. Such a change is made when it appears relevant to the customer.

So it is not certain that bol.com will honor your suggestion, because they have to take into account other sellers. Are you the only seller of a product? Then it is more likely that they will honor your suggestion.
